Hi, I'm looking for an alternative to PayPal, where you...

*Do not need to be over 18 years of age
*Do not need a credit card
*Can withdraw money to your bank account
*I don't need to be able to send away money, just recieve
*Be able to recieve payments from a PayPal account

Does any website like this exist? :)

I am only 17 years old and I use PayPal which is connected to my bank account. I have withdrawn many funds to my bank account and it works just fine. I've never used a credit card of any type for PayPal, and I applied for a debit card today.

If you insist on finding a different payment processing website, I would suggest using MoneyBookers. I have never personally used it, but I do hear a lot of hype about it, and how good it is.

I tried that as well. My account is limited now and I cannot unlock it because I don't have a credit card. And even if I solved that, wouldn't I still get screwed if I sent in my ID to verify and they would see that I'm a minor?

    I'll try MoneyBookers, thanks.
