I'm not sure if this is the right place for this - I might belong in the "scripts" forum but someone who has affiliate/s may have this which would be easier to find I have a site that 75% of the traffic is from the US, the remaining UK and everywhere else. Is there a script that will show different affiliate banners etc based on IP so I can target both and maximise the sites earnings? Not sure if it's even possible but I'm sure someone will know from here Richard
I think you should find affiliate programs that ANYONE in the world can sign-up for. Not just people from specific countries.
Not that I am aware off, but I do have a suggestion, what about using a geographical redirect script, that would simple mean your landing page will have the script index.html and it will redirect to for example UK.html or US.html and the rest.html as many as you like/setup etc... .html is just an example it could be .php
yes, especially if you are using apache...basically there is a geo module that categorizes IP based on the allocated space by region. You could use that info to do a select from either this group of banners or that group based on the geo groups.
