Hey all, I am thinking of starting a new project and I need a site mascot created for me! A site mascot is like the people you see on www.tylercruz.com and www.johncow.com I need a custom one made that I can put onto the design of the new project im starting. I only have about $55.00 to spend on this so I need someone who can do a decent job within that price range. Basically I would give you a pic of myself, then you would create the mascot with cool clothes like those guys have! I would want the PSD where I can rotate the head eyes nose etc to my liking more and I would need 100% resale rights and the assurance that you wont resell to someone else.
