    Thus far this is the closest in the fact that it meets the criteria specified, but it's still not exactly what we're looking for. The web design is clean and simple and I don't think this fits with that style.

    * One not for this and future submissions, the logo needs to be in proportion with the rest of page.

    In terms of suitability of style, this is ok. However, you've extended the space at the top to create the logo, which cannot be done. The aim of this site is to be usable first, and aesthetic second. A larger header area means more actual content that's below the fold, thus why you've got quite a small area to work with for a logo.
