Seriously , I have been looking for this song for more than 4 years and I cannot find its title

I just know its melody and I think its something Spanish

I know exactly what it is - no, it isn't Spanish. You can't have been looking too hard either because it's one of the top British rock songs of all time - a true epic (nearly 7 minutes long). The melody you recorded occurs at 3:28 in the video.
It is Innuendo by British rock group Queen.

I know of one that sounds a bit different, but it's only acoustic guitar. But around the same pitches as the one you sound, slightly different melody. It's late so I can't give it to you now but I could find it some time.

 

Not that I'm aware of. I'm a bit of a Queen fan, but the group stopped recording (understandably) after lead singer Freddie Mercury died in the early nineties.
