Very good idea. Not good - excellent. Go ahead, make it concrete before somebody will liquidate it. But don't worry about whoever will steal your idea. It happens all the time whether on the internet or in real life. The difference is in the "creativity." You can make a difference by how you design your website, what contents you're going to fill it with and what benefits the visitors can get. That's what you should focus on. The profits will follow.
