Popups, popunders, all of those, who is the best that can approve me fast. I am already at CPX Interactive and was not happy with them.
I am wondering the same thing. Although I absolutely hate pop-ups although I enjoy the money from EVERY visitor. Currently I am using popupad.net but I have been looking for additional popup advertisers. They only pay for unique hits per day so I want to rotate the popup companies. If anyone knows of a small php script that will allow me to do this according to IP address let me know.
We pay $3/CPM so you may want to give a try. Also displaying once per unique visitor everyday, but we do not run ads in sites that already has other popup windows.
There's a few listed and reviewed here. Some of them will not accept you quickly. For example, the first 2 are very reputable and are picky to what they want in their networks, but then they also offer good advertisers and better payouts which is a plus if you can get into them.
What if the popups are rotated so that there are not multiple popups? Say, the ads only get displayed once per day per user per popup network? Would that qualify?
