What do you think of the idea of starting a warez forum and paying some "paid posters" of which there seem to be a lot of here on DP to get it nice and populated?
wouldn't be too bad, although you would probably tend to get a bunch of spammers posting viruses and crap.
If your looking to make money, then yes it would make you money but it would be bullshit. If you get some unique content and make it more of a warez community then a forum. And instead of looking to make money you would contribute then it sounds good. Good luck mate. Also, If you actually do start it, PM me. I can get you very good warez posters for free. They're more like overall posters, which means they'll spread their posts all over, not only the warez sections. And once again Good luck mate.
No way you can compare child porn with warez. Warez is material, childs are human. Child porn is one of the things I hate the most. I would literally kill all those pedophiles with a hammer and then give their bodies to dogs. Warez doesn't harm anybody (enterprises don't go on broke for warez). I think is a way to spread software for people that, like in my country, doesn't have enough money to buy software.
Both are illegal is the point It harms not only 'enterprise' it hurts those who work for those companies, and those who buy the software as they pay higher prices. It hurts many people if you like to admit it or not.
Since when is people not having enough money an excuse to steal anything from anyone else? By what authority do you go by to make such a claim? And even so, what "amount" of income do you think allows you to steal or not steal? Seriously, you have the wrong mentality. And what gives you the right to assume warez does not harm anyone? Do you have proof that you did not hurt companies that lay off people due to financial loss, where warez is one good cause? What about smaller software companies owned privately and run by a family? Do you know if they are struggling already that you steal from them? Child porn is straight evil and so is stealing anything from anyone. No one has the right to steal from anyone for their own gain. Thats evil, selfish and cowardly. Instead, why not put a little effort and work hard for your money without submitting to cowardly practices of stealing from others? I know some will disagree, but thats because those some are just plain evil minded people who are selfish and do not care for others, only themselves. I'm 100% confident you would not steal directly from their hands say a software box, but yet you would pirate them online behind your monitor? Coward as I said.
A warez forum that provides a wide range of downloads including games, music, movies, templates and scripts, eBooks and tutorials, software / applications, forum tools, etc. But the best warez forums not only provide downloads but a good community to talk about everyday life to computer and technology. I have seen a few successful warez forums, I used to be an "Uploader" for one of the biggest. Drop me a PM and let me know if you go through with the idea because I think I can make hundreds of helpful post and help you get it up and going if you are going to go the paid posting route. ------------------------ There are ALOT of people in the world wide web who feels just as strong or stronger about this situation just like you do. But the fact of the matter is warez will go on with or without you guys approval. People like you stay away from these kind of sites but they are still successful without you guys. Sorry to tell you this but its not going to change. But you are open to state your opinion.
Just like bank robberies will go on, fraud, rape without our 'approval' People like us who actually buy the products also make products worth while to rip off. Nothing but thieves, no sugar coating it, no matter how hard you try.
My advice is dont waste on your time. Good luck getting any attention or publicity in an internet full of the same thing.
I'm not saying it is the complete right thing to do but it is not the buyer that makes a product worth while it is what the product has to offer. People are getting used to it, just like song artist have gotten used to loosing money from less cd sales due to music downloading. They have even starting counting and comparing who has the most downloaded single / album etc. You might see it as being a thief but I see it as just taking the easy way out .. but everyone is open to their own opinion. But back on the subject of this thread and why this thread was posted, who is to say his site wont be successful because a few DP members don't like the idea of warez.
