    How long does this usually take? The post makes it sound like it would be days but I haven't heard a response for awhile even after PMing twice.

    Paid on Jan 13, then waited for 10 days and got no reply. When I asked for a refund, on Jan 25 I was told that the work would be done within 72 hours, or I would get my money back. Today's 29th already, which is more than 72 hrs already, and still no word from eXe. below, I am attaching quotes:

    A refund isn't possible as we have started working on this. I do apologize for the delay it will be completed within 72 hours of my last PM as promised. Thank you.

    Well, maybe you should not take any orders for couple days to catch up. Because this backorder issues have been going for almost 2 months now.

    I like your service and have used it many times before, and would like to be able to still use it. But i need to make sure my orders can get done fast and thats not the case right now

    The majority of backlog has now been cleared and we are awaiting new orders! Processing time has also improved significantly (compared to the last 2 months) as I have arranged extra on-demand workers :)
