To increase your PR, you should get more number of backlinks and the PR of the backlinks counts. Try to get backlinks from high PR site and it would be better if they are from similar niche. Participate actively in forums like this dp and leave your signature that increases the no. of links. Link building is a continuous process and do it sincerely and see your PR shoots up.
