He doesn't have a dedicated server, And I don't think your getting a refund... If you have a problem with SellWHM, It would probably be best to submit a ticket as DP isn't really a support method.

Fast Servers?

For the past 3 days, all I've seen is the load averaging around 10 ... I don't know what you think is fast .. but I'm definately not liking this ....

as most likely there is no chance the the OP is going to refund my money, Anyone who wants to buy this can please take it off me for only $18 .. that's $2 I loose for umm.. 3days ? ....

I don't think I am happy at the moment. The new server that my provider gave me was not from the original datacenter.....I am not happy about the situation.

 

So what can you do?

As of 02/24/2008......Termination of Sell WHM Hosting and Services. I will no longer offer hosting ever again.....I don't care if you guys file a ton of paypal disputes......I think that its time to really give up web hosting for good.

 

There you have it ... I got scammed of $20 .. and I guess so did many others ..

 

Just remember carma is a bitch. Why dont you just refund everyone instead of screwing them out of there money. I mean my server hasn't even been up a week. So now it costed me $20 for a month of slow hosting?

 

My servers have been up more than a month.......and I currently don't have the money to refund everyone. I actually spent the money so that I could give you guys time to make backups etc. The server will stay up for 1 more month.

 

I thought it was going well BUT it turn out to be HELL

Before anybody jumps the gun. I have an idea. You noticed that I couldn't transfer the accounts to the new server and its a VPS? My provider has screwed me over BUT I don't have to screw my customers over. How about I transfer all clients by end of next month to a brand new dedicated server with 2 to 4 processors?

 

To be honest so long as my site stays online for a year with 99% uptime and good speed I could care less were its at

also The "Free Billing System" still cant find that.

 

Thing is....I really don't want to quit and after spending a lot of money and time on this.....I think its time to move to a better server. If I can get enough customers willing to pay for services....We can get it sooner. I will have enough cash for next month to be for everything but I have been spending money on server fees and addons for the new server. The addons is what costs a lot of money....not just the server. The reason why I have a VPS.....is to cut on addon fees.

WHY change so FAST? Is this going to drag us for more than 30 Days then NO MORE Disputes BUT credit card charge back can be longer term Just remember that we can still charge back.

I'm not sure that most of your customers are happy now when they reach your main site with that kind of Announcement...They can turn MAD and run away from your hosting service

I'm GLAD that you are honest and not giving UP and I don't know how many clients do you have right now after this trauma

I just hope that I can still host with you and you can offer good hosting service as you want to be a good host for your members
