I think the only reason why you wanted a refund is because you have something against VPS. You didn't even give my services a chance. I don't see what the problem is......You need to ask questions before you order. Simple as that.

It's my fault that I did not ask if it's a VPS or a dedicated server eh ? Also It's my fault that for the 2-3 days I've been on this VPS, The minimum CPU loads I've seen was 2.xx eh ? Forgot to mention I even saw 20.xx something yesterday as well...

First it was wait 30 days, then it was the billing system and now it's ask questions before buying ... IMHO, your Money Back policy is a joke ...

Is the new server you talk about also a VPS? If it is a Dedicated server, I'd prolly stay if you shift my account to it .. If it's not, expecta refund ... deduct whatver for a month and refund me the money ... this has been a horrific experience till now.

 

Sorry to bother you again but any chance of that? I could do with the hosting soon but would like to test the speed out first

I need to transfer certain clients to the new server. Thats the reason for the high load. I have 3 servers right now.....People were complaining a lot due to the fact that I suspended 10 or more accounts.....The server has been quite fast although the load's high. Thank you for your time and understanding in this matter.
