- Is it auto-approve system and review?

-Im not sure, I think I read that its not allowed anymore but I know for a fact they (at least used to) offer a TON of adult content.
-Yes they do, as well as by PayPal. Minimum payout is $50
-Depends. The gateways have to be approved, but the content is automated (once your account is approved).

None really but if you want to earn traffic and content are king as usual.
