a quick revision...

Thing is content will change so you'd have to change the background images probably.

 

I don't fancy the fonts too much. You should also think that a logo should be recognized instantly, it should work in black and white, work on fax, look good in pdf. I don't think it would be the case here...

I have to agree it s complicated, the best I see for now is the one appearing already on the website (for test purpose)... i am ok to see more tries today, otherwise, i ll maybe stick with the one on the website
