ebay $500 gift certificates (what do you think)

Anyone has experienced with this before?

I've asked someone to buy me an ebay gift certificate $500.

but im worrying he would be using a stolen pp, meaning unauthorized.

But i did recieve the ebay code since it emailed within the day.

 

Then next time ask someone you trust, if you are worried. Now just wait and see what happens.

 

well the thing is i don't know if he is someone i can trust but all i have is the certificate already.

nothings going to come in my email saying unauthorized gift certificate...

 

paypal buyer security is great..
you wont have difficulty claiming it back.

see if u bought from some newbee to the forum......then can't say
if bought from sum reputed member then don't worry at alll

ok i just pmed the person and he did infact tried to scam me. But i have this code what should i do would it be void?

 

How did you find out he did try to scam you. Also, If i was in your situation, I would probably contact Ebay. Hope that helps and good luck.

 

Try it out. If something goes wrong, call paypal. They always can work it out.
