I am collecting some statistics from widgetbucks publishers earning form its PPc program so that i am able to optimize my ads so i want your feedback. Plz mention 4 things: 1.The amount per click you get 2.CTR RATE(if possible) 3.Widget size(like 468X60 etc) 4.The category(MP3 players,books,game consoles etc)
1. Between 15 and 25 cents. 2. Quite low - maybe 0.5%. 3. 468 x 60 4. Merchsense - usually PCs, software and similar.
very hard to earn from widgetbucks.... worse ads network and dont update the clicks so that can remove some clicks to make extra bucks by cheating publishers.... and there CPM is wrose... for 5000 imp, i get only $0.03... any one who have little bit of knowledge about ads network can tell you they are secretly removing clicks from publishers which is why they dont update the clicks for several days....
when do they perform the "adjustments" i put up a few of their block at the beginning of the month for a few days before I switched them to yahoos. I see some numbers come up, around 15-25 cents a click which is not bad (just the ctr is horrible) I am wondering if that is before or after adjustment.
Widget bucks doesnt generate any income , Its such a waste . If you get lots of clicks , it can beat adsense. 1.The amount per click you get : I get around 30 to 60 cents per click 2.CTR RATE(if possible) : less than .5 % 3.Widget size(like 468X60 etc) : 300 X 250 surrounded by content 4.The category(MP3 players,books,game consoles etc) : Merchsense so no need of category.
What a load of nonsense. How can you say it doesn't generate any revenue when you also say you get 30-60 cents per click? Even with a 0.5% CTR @ 50 cents per click you're beating AdSense with a 3% CTR at 5 cents per click. There are some people who aren't able to use AdSense because they've been banned, or not accepted, or just like to receive payment by PayPal. To those people WidgetBucks is still ideal if they have lots of US/Canadian traffic. cobracrk: That is the highest I've ever heard anyone say they make per day. You must get thousands of US/Canadian clicks every day and have hundreds of thousands of visitors to achieve that. Anyone else with a site like cobracrk please sign up as my referral!
Countryboy you are right even with adsense CTR is very low and PPC is erratic cause it depends on keywords
I have a small widgetbucks ad on my homepage + some other popular ads on the same page widgetbucks only stats as follows 1.$0.44-$0.56 2.0.16 3.468x60 4.TVs Would be interested in your stats when complete Regards edit: forgot to mention i get more income from the cpm ads that are displayed to non US / Canadian traffic - approx an addition of 50% achieved from cpc i love widgetbucks also
Mmm nice stats indeed, but for 1000 000 impressions a day ? isn't $500 pretty low ? I guess it depends on how many uniques and page views per person/visitor, but great work !! I finally believe somebody when they say they earn that much and take my hat off to you !!
