    As this is one of the main PM questions, i will repeat the answer:

    Traffic:
    There are no counters installed on the directories but as you can also see through Alexa the amount of traffic is low.

    Revenue:
    These directories were part of my 10directory.com network so they were generating money through link sales. (I will still keep all their links, including those 2 site-wide, after the sale)

    What you see in the offer is pretty much what you get, that's why i sell each directory for less than $100, i need urgent money for server costs.

    Deal is up till this weekend, later i won't need the money anymore so i will re-consider the price if noone buys till then.

    If you mean restriction like you have to be resident of somewhere there is no such restriction, i'll just push the domains to you.

    Directories work on phpld so if you know how to install it you'll be fine, i can help with templates, also assist with phpld if you need.
