    That is affiliate network (commonly known as Template Monster) Yes all templates they provide us, we sell their templates and they pay us commission per sale!

    However, the templates present here http://www.elegant-templates.com/templates-and-cliparts/ are the property of Elegant-Templates.com

    There is admin panel within the script (custom script using on elegant-templates.com) you will need to update/add/modify content from admin section.

    I have sent you PM with stats and info!
