What are you talking about where does it said that I can have a arcade banner exchanges program on a godaddy server. I just send a email to the asking about this, but I am sure you are wrong. I can only say good things about godaddy hosting.
I'm using the avarcade script at the moment and am just finding a new template for my website, anybody over here who can design a template for me ill tell you how and what. And i've been wondering where most of you arcade webmasters get games from? Do you buy game packs? or do you manually find games? or any other way? And any good tips for me as i am just about to start?does anybody know which arcade games site earns the most? or over 1000 per month?
I wanted to post and say that the Arcade scene is a hard market to get into. I have a PR3 arcade and have been denied an account with the better advertisers. (Also know that other arcade owners have reported this as well.) Also be aware that we're depending on primarily school children to make money, so the income is seasonal depending on school vacation periods and summer break. These kids also don't have a lot of money and advertisers know this, so CPC is low. CPA is difficult as well since most of the sign-ups require to be of age 18+. Since there thousands of arcades out there, it is a VERY competitive market to get into. There are many techniques to drive traffic from other arcade sites to your own; ie. banner exchanges, game plugs, sponsoring games. I'm weary of investing advertising money into my arcades since monetizing them has proven to be a difficult task. Due to the reasons above, they require a lot of work as well. If you're new to being a webmaster, you can learn a lot about it by having an arcade. Meaning you'll have to try very hard to get traffic, money, and stability; and even after doing all of that, there's no guarantee that you will succeed. The purpose for this post is to bring some reality back into this thread. Having a successful arcade isn't only about buying a script, adding a few banner exchanges, and updating games regularly. Also I definitely would NOT say that arcades will generate passive income! Finally, know that most arcades fail and don't last. I've seen many arcade owners put a lot of hard work into their arcades only to give up in the end. It's great to hear from the big arcade owners, but I wanted to talk about the other side as well. It is a saturated market, so if you're ready for the fight then bring your A game!
use getafreelancer.-com or other freelancer sites for this purpose, you can find somebody for designing/rebranding games.

I am about to do a kind of re-launch on my biggest arcade site. I am having it completely redesigned and getting a custom logo done for branding. I will be releasing 3 and maybe 4 exclusively sponsored games one per day starting the day the new design is up. I have to get the logo done before I release the games so I can animate it before the game play. I even decided to use my JavaScript skills to make my own flash game (JavaScript is a lot like Action Script) which will be released on the 3rd day after everything is up. I am hoping this will bring me into the 1000+ UV per day zone soon afterwards. I currently am getting 600-850 UV per day so I think this is a realistic expectation even if it fluctuates for a while. Anyone have experience with sponsoring low to mid-level quality games (one of them is high quality) or changing from a bland design to a new quality one? Does anyone think this will help as much as I expect it too?
I would say creating a successful arcade site is VERY difficult. Compared to a lot of other kinds of site's that can make money an arcade site has to be one of the more difficult paths to choose when trying to generate revenue from online websites. And the reason for that is time. Arcade sites take a LOT of time to keep going, you continiously have to be finding and uploading games. Forget the user uploading game approach as you will just end up with a load of shite games, you have to picky. Also its very easy to fall into the adult games side of things simply because these do generate a lot of traffic, but as has been said before theres so many arcade sites now that its almost impossible to get noticed. So add that up.....easy to set up + hard to maintain + satuated market + hardly any money through ad's = not worth it. If you are insistant in setting your own arcade site up I would say think about how you can do something different, pick quality games (and as many as you can find, because even though quality is important, having LOTS of quality games is going to help a lot!), spend money on advertising to get noticed!
I did some research and most games cost $1000.$5000 Big portal must make a lot of money to cover those kind of expenses Or maybe they get a discount?
But there the must also be some really good games, I just made a ordre on 8 games, and I only need to pay 125$ per game, its a big different.
Maybe... When you get your games, can you please show them to me? So I can have an idea of a $125 game.
