    It is a little bit difficult, almost impossible to tell what script is being used if the people implementing the script has done everything to hide it's aspect.
    But what I can say is that the script is in perl.
    It would help to reduce the search of scripts by knowing in which environment it is running.
    It is now up to the perl expert to do the job.
    Hope this little info helps a lot.

    I am thinking it is being because perl runs as a cgi script and results are turning out as such, I am to be corrected of course.

    Since he says its perl (which he is correct btw), you should probably so a serach on google on "CGI Directory Script" or "Perl Directory Script", etc. Chances are that it will popup somewhere there hopefully.
