Set up phpld 2.0 on my site

I have a directory (first one in my sig) that I want to change to phpld from site-sift.

Currently when I go to subpage it looks like links20.com/13/category or some other number. I would like you to set up phpld so the urls look exactly like they did before so I can maintain the pagerank of the subcategories.

I would also like to to add a whole bunch more categories and split up the categories with a high amount of submission into multiple ones.

    Thanks in advance!

I would like to add that if this is impossible or really expensive you could just convert a phpld template to a site-sift template and find a way to be able to make a submit page for the site.
