    Being that I pray daily I pray in several positions given the situation.

    I pray the most standing I think.

    What position do you mostly pray in?

    I normally pray sitting with my head bowed, however recently our church is encouraging getting on our knees with our heads down, I'm not used to it, and feels a bit uncomfortable, physically, and psychologically.

    That's good for humbling one self when at home but, out and about or in stores I find myself seeing many people the pray for so I'm usually standing.
