Digital Point ad revenue sharing?

    Is it legal to do this? I just put in my pub ID and stuff? is it really ok to do this?

    I am a bit worried

    Yes it is legal and not against Adsense's TOS. There are more and more forums using it to attract new members. You will only make pennies so if you are worried, don't add it. DP has it set up so no ads with your ID will be displayed when you are on so that you can not click your own ads either on purpose or by accident.

    Yes its legal, I myself click the ads on the top from time to time to try to help out a fellow DP member. But I have been a member here for awhile now and stay active on here and I have only made something like $7.

    yes, google has personally okay'd it for digital point, and now there is a hack at the vbulletin hacks site that allows anyone to add this to their forums.

    It is legal alright, but thinking along the line, so what if it is not legal, I doubt Adsense dare to cut off such a big forum as DP......

    True but no matter how big you are you still need smaller allies, what if DP changes to MSN or YPN? That would affect Google in a bad way.
