It would be interesting to hear what kind of challenges people are facing in their business (or marketing...)?

How are you solving your problem?

    Anybody want to share?

Dilema : Maintaining 50+ sites is my biggest dilema,

Solution : I aim to get some sites rolling with traffic and some cash rolling in, then I will start to sell sell some off I think.

Attracting the right sort of client; those that want something that isnt serviced by using oscommerce (or equiv) have the capital to decide on a supplier by proposition rather than pure price and dont have existing relationships with developers.

We have built up relationships with a couple of design agencies that brings in a reasonable stream of work but could increase our capacity reasonably easily if we could build a greater stream/ more reliable stream of clients.

my biggest problem, is that its really hard to understand search engines.

that is, one day, my site is NO 1 on google, then after few days, its on 850.

then it happens again, and now, for more than a month, its still at 850 position.

the page that I am talking about is PR2, but PR0 pages outrank it.
my page has more than 8000 words all about the topic, where pages that outrank it, top ones, dont have as much information as my page has:confused:

Could be that Google indexed your site, gave it a chance up high, now google sees that the site has gone flat/stagment, try updating some pages and getting more links coming in and choose a anchor text for key words and get that link out there !!
