Real Estate Directories. Which ones are good?

If anybody else can share what real estate directories send them traffic it would be appreciated.

 

There are some nice UK directories that you could submit to. However real estate directories would also be good for your site.

Don’t over focus on directory links. Use your link budget to get a wide range of different types of links.

 

If you get incoming links for anything real estate related, my recommendation is to advertise on sites which have to do with real estate generally speaking (regardless of where) and also sites that are about the areas that you service.

I recommend staying away from those sorts of services, I see no results from those at all.

 

I can offer you advertising for $5/month in some of my top categories on www.36towns.com

Sorry but other spots all sold out, and very quick too.

I think of it like paying for Google Adwords - they charge us anywhere from $1.50 - $3.00 per click so if a directory sends us 4 clicks/year it's worth at least $9 (avg.) and if the links decent... bonus! I bought some of these links without knowing the traffic but I'll know next year!

Yeah I don't want to have the relevancy argument it's just how we justify it
