EFT payments above 10K?

Do adsense pay using electronic transfer for amounts over 10,000$ ? or secured cheque? i would prefer EFT as such a large cheque will only cause hassle at the bank and neither do i want to worry about so much money floating around in an envelop not in my companies accounts

couldn't find anything on their site

in the past i kept my adsense accounts (separate personal and business adsense accounts) under 10K by swapping out the publisher codes to another account whenever one reached over 9K

right now im few hours away from going above 10K but im hesitant to swap the publisher codes to another account as for the last few weeks someone has site targeted one of my sites and snapped up all ad spots (only ads to this one company has been displayed in my adsense blocks and nothing else!),

i dont want to interfere with that as my ecpm tippled cause of them

lol  im stressing over making too much money, never taught ill see the day

They will do either one. It's not any harder to send 100k via eft then it is to send 100$. AS for stressing over making too much I think the saying is "Mo money mo problems".

I did, 2 weeks later still waiting...

they usually answer within a week but seems publisher support is very low down on their list of priorities

I remember reading few years ago when EFT was introduced that it was only up to 10,000, hence why I asked

I recall in the past they would not do EFT's for over $10k. I also recall that there are federal regulations to report transactions of over $10k, so it may actually be harder for them to send $10k than it is to send $100..

Like babyboy said, send them an email, then come back here and post the answer.. i'm not too far from those $10k payments myself..

paper work must be filed for deposits greater than $10k. Its an IRS thing I believe.

I've seen screenshots of EFT payments over $20,000 before on sitepoint, I don't think there is any issues with this. Almost all the major income earners from AdSense use EFT as pay by check would be inefficent. If there was a max limit to EFT payments it would also state it in the Payments section.

Oops, am kinda new to this EFT thing coz its not available in singapore. However i was always under an impression that they send EFT of any amount as long as you opted for EFT (only available in certain countries). Let me know if i am wrong.

if singapore becomes EFT some day, it wont be of any use if they dont allow above certain amount.

The whole 10k plus thing is for checks too or cash, not only EFT. its an anti terrorism / money laundering measure.

It's a money laundering issue, not tax issue. There's no more problems with EFT for $10K+ than for any other amount.

Although the FBI does get interested too. Just contact Google.

You should have no problems getting paid above 10,000$ in EFT i had to ask adsense several months back and they answered its not an issue

they said to make sure with your bank that they allow such large money transfers by EFT as some banks dont

Could you tell us how long did you participate in adsense? What kind of traffic do you need for such an income?

Sorry for this being off topic and all
