    "What's your opinion on ___?"
"Uh, well, I have a select group of my colleagues and advisors to tell me what to do for that."

Pretty much sums up any economic question posed during the last 6 months, that can't be bullshitted with good old rhetoric, by any major candidate aside from Paul. These guys are really good at pretending like they are well informed and aware of the workings of our economy, but the reality is they are all show, and they rely on a bunch of advisors to make most decisions. Not that there is anything wrong with advisors, but when it's clear that you aren't even familiar with many basic concepts of our economy, you aren't the guy I want in charge of the country, particularly during the next few years of our history. I sincerely believe that the economy is the biggest issue for the next 4 years, moreso than this silly war and whether you support it or not, and moreso than immigrants, an issue that we've been dealing with for decades now.

You'd be lying if you told me you thought any candidate had a better understanding of monetary policy, fiscal policy, and the working of our economy and money system than Dr. Paul. That simple.

The best part is Ron Paul at the end basically saying, "Yeah, I guess I did own that noob, hahahaha."

    From a user's comment:
    "EVERYBODY LOOK AT THIS:
One of the names of one of his advisors McCain says is: "Warren Rudman"
I just googled this guy, and he is on the board of directors of RAYTHEON!!!
and he is the Co-Chair of PARTNERSHIP FOR A SECURE AMERICA
    - so he is both a war profiteer and the head of a pro-war neocon think tank!
DAMN!!!!!! thats about as pro-Bush as it gets!!!!!!"

Meet the open borders family: McCain, Hernandez, Soros, and the “Reform Institute”

    Interesting read.

Which is more amazing: McCain's misidentification of Putin as President of Germany or that there has been no reaction (at least that I'm aware) of in the media to his gaffe?

Obviously you did not get the joke. Nevertheless good job on your $1,000 though I'm sure he'll take it back from you by other means, like taxes to finance the Iraq war for the next 100 years.

I hope McCain loses after he gave you $1,000. If he wins, that domain was worth a lot more.

These kind of stories are lame. Everyone makes gaffes. It’s clear he knows where Putin is from. There’s plenty of good reasons not to vote for McCain. This ain’t one of them.

I guess for Ron Paul supporters a McCain gaffe is cause for celebration.
