Mascot or cartoon character $40 total

I want someone to design a mascot or cartoon character out of the letters O C D.

It's for a website for children who suffer from OCD and i was wondering if you can make the characters with those letters. Example, the letters can have legs, arms, eyes, it can also be an animal if you want.

I will pay $40 in total for all 3 letters.

Letters: O C D
Size of each letter: 150X150 pixel

Time: 24 hrs

What I'm looking for are the letter O as a character, the letter C as a character and the letter D as a character.

it may not have o c and d but the picture is for the same moto.

And OP...it's not nice to require the designers to keep making modifications. You can tell by their general design what they are capable of and if you win, they will be more than happy to finish the design to your liking. Just my two cents...
