    Hi..

    I had developed a site http://www.jyog.com
But before few days, I lost that domain,
http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=669172 Now this domain doest belongs to me Now some one else has this domain,

    wat is surprizing me!!

I had closed the site. now the nameserver of this domain doest point to my
webhost, but still its displaying the old content.

I am sure that its not pointing to my old site, bcoz im not able to login to cpanel, or admin panel of my site,

    look at this
    http://www.jyog.com/admin
    http://www.jyog.com/directory/admin

Thn why its showing the old content, seems that this pages are copied !!!
it shouldnt be displaying my content !!!

can any one tell me wat could be the reason !!

    thnx

Used to happen to me... has something to do with DNS cache or something. I'm not very sure though. If people on here can't help you, you should contact the hosting company.

i lost my domain the same way you have.... someone take the domain out of my hosting company's account and there is nothing i can do about it... even godaddy said they have got the confirmation email for the domain transfer.... but since then i learn my lesson and found out better ways to protect my domain....

Abhik : yes ryt now wat ever the content on that site is myne. its the old content that i had posted when i had that domain !!!

Optimizare : yes wat else can i do

career_info_fun : if its some thing related to dns cache, thn why yesterday the site was offlice and showing "site will be back soon". again I dont think that my hosting company can do any thing, now it doesnt point to there name servers.

One more thing, currently its showing all the public URLs only if i try to access non public URL it gives error.

it seems that the entire site has been copied (it will copy public urls only), there are lots of tools available, and the html version of the copied site has been uploaded. No css are available coz it wasnt directly included and so tools cant copy it.

sad to hear this..but if you have the original content and you are the right owner then ask for the new hosting to shut the sites down under the copyright infringement

It wasnt using href"xyz.css" but insted used @import to import css.
so tools will not find and copy css. i think

Ohh now I m sure that he has copied entire site using some tool and uploaded to html version. I can prove it

    look at here
    www. jyog.com/articles/
    www. jyog.com/news/

You will see directory listing with html files inside. it shouldnt be there if its dns cache or any thing else, bcoz this path were not actual directories but insted it were URL rules, and that files were not actual .html files but
it was produced by the script dynamically using url rewriting. but this guy dont have the actual script installed so he cant have the similar paths, so he created the directories and html files insted.

jesi1801 if you are reading this thread, thn take it seriously and remove that copied content

this site is running fine for me
its a cms for articles and news and orange layout correct?

its just that your ISP is slow to updated to get the latest site
it can take up to 72 hours for your isp to update it.

Let alone 72 hours next for nameservers to resolve.

    Hi,
i have checked your site and i m sure that some one (the person who bought it) had copied the content and post it after changing the host.
as far as my experience is concern, the solution is to talk with that person and ask him to remove it. if he is telling that this is his content than ask him to prove. i m sure he cant prove it, and here on DP other member will also come to know about this problem and next time they will not do business with such people.

    all the best

Its not the problem with propogating nameserver, as site has same content but different theme !!!

It has been around a week now. if its some thing related to dns cache it should have been resolved now.

I Know, jesi1801 has copied the content and its never gonna resolve
