    Basically if you live in the western world, then well known brands tend to be inlafted to the same price anyway, with cocacola being the best known brand.... they are a dollar in most countries.
    It is not the cost of the drink it is the middlemans profit.
    For example
    10 years ago on the Sierra Leone 200 cigarettes western brand were about $10 dollars UK was $60 dollars at time
    They adjust the cost to the country in order to get turnover.
