Mindset is definitely the most important one on the list and should be number one. Metatags are less important in Google's algorithm these days. They are looking for lots of high quality content on your website and lots of links from other sites. I found a great blog at doshdosh.com that provides high quality information consistently. He recently surpassed 10,000 subscribers in one year without promoting his website in any way. He's become my new role model!
