[WTS] 50K uniques a month, $6k-7k+ profit a month

I'm willing to sell a site that has been running since November 2006. It has 50,000+ uniques a month and generates $6,000-$7,000+ profit a month. A few months have been over $10k+ and the lowest that it has ever been a month ( in the past year ) was just over $5,000.

Yeah it's a great site. I'd love to continue it, but for personal reasons, I need to sell it.

 

How hard is it to manage. Did you develop the script yourself.
Also it doesn't make much sense that it gets 50k+ uniques per month when you only have 18k members please explain this.

 

I spend from 1-3 hours a day on the site.

No the script was not developed by myself, but I have put in about 50+ hours in to customize it to make it unique.

What doesn't make sense about it? The site gets around 1,500-2,000 uniques a day so that's around 45-60k uniques a month.

 

oh... So you mean you just take the daily then multiply by 30? I thought u meant that you literally get 50k unique people for the whole month, not 50k/month=2k/day * 30
Makes more sense now. How much money in outstanding payouts do you have?
Also why are you selling it?

 

All earnings made up until the day that it is sold will be paid by ME so the new owner does not have to pay out outstanding balances or payments.

I would like to focus more on my family and new projects in different areas.
