    I think he might have taken on too much work. My site submissions are running quite slow.

    There have also been errors with some of the submissions.

    All the submissions are done completely manual with extra care.So plz be patient.We miss some of the PMs.So thatz why some details are not queued.We don't want to scam anyone.All the pending works will be started by Monday.

    I had already asked for a refund and THEN the work started. I probably would have let it go, but now many submission errors have been made, including several duplicate submissions. Of the 10 random directories I checked, one was PR4 and the others were PR3. I hope he is not out to scam anyone - it seems more like he is just not able to do the work quickly and correctly as promised.

    The original thread was made before the last PR update, therefore some PR's of the directories will rise/fall over time. Obviously the OP lied about all being over PR5, or coincidentally the ones you checked did lose pagerank.
