Create a unique site. Downloading MFA sites and putting them up won't bring you decent money.

I think this site should work fairly well for you.

 

I never said that it won't bring you money. Of course there are obvious ways to drive traffic to the site. I mentioned that it wouldn't bring you decent money. Money to the point where you can rely on search engines for traffic etc and other stuff I'm not going to get into.

If it does the job, then great. I'm actually 100% I can optimize that site 10x better and increase revenue.

Adding something useful instead of criticism: I think you should add a sitemap.
