How Low Can I Pay?

I am trying to get a campaign underway to giveaway a heap of stuff for free. I don't make anything on this but I do get 1 email address per person. Here is the giveaway: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=631926
Now I am have had the campaign active now for almost a week but there are no impressions at all which tells me my bidding per click is too low. Now I have chosen what I thought were low paying keywords, such as "free banner", free graphics", "free icons" etc. My bid was .06 which was active across all keywords.

So where do I go from here? Obviously I can't afford to pay too much as this is a freebie, what do you guys suggest? What low paying keywords could I try? I am not really interested in ctr as much as just getting the ad out there, the ad should sell itself no matter what keyword I use.

google charge you based on ctr and QS. unless you have atleast .5% CTR, your ad will be killed and will not be displayed. so yuo have to be concerned about ctr

How can I be concerned about ctr if the ad is not showing?
There is no way to test crt until the advert starts impressions, right?

You need to increase your bids to get it jumpstarted. You can lower them later. There's no way around this.
