I've thought the same thing many times. I need a good programmer. That would work out lovely. However, finding someone with either... 1. the skills 2. cash to buy in to a partnership Is rare. You will find a lot of people with no skills, and no money, but want to... "break into da biz"... but few with skills or green to make it a TRUE partnership.
1. A programmer preferribly in the US, or Canada. 2. One who has good working knowledge of PHP, MySQL, and IT among other things. Basically need to write the scripts. Jack of all trades. 3. Or brings cash to the table.

Nope. That means if they want to be a full 50/50 type of partnership, they are going to have to buy in. I have the expertise, ideas, and drive. I just need some technical in house person. I can obviously contract out that part, as I do now. But if someone wants a long term business partnership where they share in the success. They need skills, and money.

Vee, isn't this some money laundring scam that you often see online? Why do you actually need a US resident? And why, if you don't 'show' yourself or prove anything - would someone first need to proof he's a US resident? Just asking... -Dave

Agreed. I have an example in my sig that shows a breakdown. This would give someone an idea of what YOU bring to the table, and you need THEM to step up with.
