Reliable but not expensive shared hosting ?

Ok, looking few days for reliable hosting company but can't find one that has cheap plans, with no low space/bw for start, then it go up, or i can choose other plans.
For now i found only 1and1 offering 10GB/300GB for 4$/month
But that is little expensive and more space then i need, so do you know such hosting company ?

to tell you the truth, 10GB/300GB for $4 is "extremely" cheap which is not a good thing.
reliable/quality and large space/BW do not come along.

if you can up the budget for the best hosting,
I would like you to suggest to go for
knownhost.com
realwebhost.com
hostgator (maybe but they seem to be overselling as well)

whatever you do, do not go for godaddy or other "server for $3" sellers
and beware of per year deals in here as well.

Anything less than $10/month for more than 10GB of space is already a lot. If someone offers you $1 for 10GB space, you have to get something else.

I talked to support on zaxihosting, and everything is great and it looks cheap not overselling and stuff, only ZaxiHosting accept paypal only and i have moneybookers.
Can't register with paypal because of country where i live :/
