Sure, do some research and find a product that many people want and is hard to buy. It might be readily available in one country but very hard to get in yours (and i don't mean drugs!) Now look at the competition on Google, lots of it? then find another product until there is not much competition on search results. Then put yourself out and find a source for that product with a reputable supplier. Then get to work and promote it letting customers know your are selling that product from your own country (works wonders with for giving local customers confidence) Not easy but it can be done.
"Making money on the internet" has become so cliche these days. It's not a sequence of steps that you follow to arrive at a given location... stop looking at online industry like a treasure hunt. Unless you're willing to expend some energy on it, don't get into it. This is a business... if you've got good marketing and communication skills or in other words, if you're a good businessman, expect success or else, get a better day job. With that said, get out there and learn something. Keep participating in webmaster forums like this one and you'll learn a lot. Diversify, brethren.

Just do something! I'll suggest you to make a profile on myspace, start join groups, advertise a litte yourself. Write original content, and you'll have lots of fans
