So the traffic is not organic for this site, where does it come from exactly? How much time/money do you have to spend to keep the traffic coming?

 

Traffic is not a problem... You need max 2h daily for the site maintenance. First you need to post a new video which lasts max half an hour (you need time to find it) and then you should submit it to around 50 free sites (the buyer gets the list, of course) and that lasts max 1h...
This site has already got constant traffic and plenty returning visits and therefore has great potential for the future... With this tactics you can only have more and more visits as time goes on and you cannot fail in any way...
I would never sell the site because i get a decent monthly sum of money out of it but i have some private problems because of which i have to sell it,
and it's definitely worth more than my BIN bid...

 

This is back up for sale? I thought you sold it, I guess the guy back out though. Could you post referral stats or pm them to me? I'm still interested in the site but I just want to make sure I'm going to be able to run it after I purchase it.
