Custom Coded Arcade Site - Custom Design - 2700 Games - Must See!

Hey

I've just finished work on this project and need to pay off a few debts to my parents so .. if this doesn't reach a decent amount I'm going to keep it and develop it further.

Anyway, for sale is www.arcadedark.com (Please note, this sale was previously listed for sale using another custom script, it never sold because it lacked in features and stuff. I have now created the site from scratch with more features and games)

The site isn't well indexed in google or anything because I've just finished the script and now I'm trying to sell it for some cash. However, the site does use SEO friendly URLs which would possibly make google index it faster.

The site has 2700 games including titles, thumbnails, descriptions and the actual game files. The game files aren't uploaded as they take up quite a lot of space and would take some time to upload, however I do have them and if the site does sell I will upload them for the winning bidder.

The design was created by me and has two well placed google adsense units (728x90 and 160x600). I think the CTR on these two ad units would be quite high, I just haven't had a chance to test them. The design is 100% unique and all, so no worries there.

• Broken Files (See if any thumbnail files are missing)

The site has a lot of potential for anyone who can successfully market it. Hopefully you'll see the potential it has and make a bid

I have a request which will determine whether I bid higher or not. Since these sites are very heavy because of the game files, if I win the auction would you be willing to install everything for me on my server? I would give you FTP access and everything else required. I just don't have the patience to do it.
