The site is locked up, i opened an account but cannot login. Would be helpful to see the site working? and what is sitestats.biz as thats who sent the confirmation email.

 

Ok first lets get questions out of the way. The site is still not finished due to time restraints it was put into place but never finished, as for an account these are locked due to the fact that i am not running it and don't want people signed up yet. As for admin login no account is available. NO I WILL NOT SELL THE SCRIPT. sitestatz.biz was the original holder of the script before they went out of business. The system itself still needs work within php to work out all the bugs. The tools section is using iwebtools branding free tools. With plans of all of them on this site. that way i have a one stop stats system.
The site is as i said in the beginning its first and foremost a stats counter and analytics site. It does have bugs which i was in the process of working out. The other tools are just stats from iwebtool.com that i pay for to have branding free access. My goal with this site was to have not only stats counter but wanted a full on stop for all web related stats.

yes you get the design, name, rights to the name, the script, and i will not ever load this script again or be in this business after the sale. You get everything you see for the auction price

So let me get this straight?

If we bid on this site will it be working or are you just selling it "as is"... So even though it's not up we basically get what you've done with it so far.
