I have some friends who think there so smart. It pisses me off. There adament there correct on everything and there mostly wrong. Its rediculous.

my gym just replace all the weight plate with the new one that is wrapped with rubber...and guess what, they decided no to get the 2.5 lbs and 25lbs plate..so we have 5, 10, 35 and 45..that is stupid

Yeah that is stupid, I don't use 2.5's much but 25's I use a bit..

We are getting a 1/2 rack soon at least!

 

Im hate very much the gym. Their no babe will be cuming. Im always sitting alone wit only wait lifting.

I also hate the techman... im joking not take seriosly.

And why the hell do you need women at your gym anyway? Bench pressing with babes or what? (As opposed to bench pressing with weights)
