    get a super glue, spread it along the rims and random spots... as soon as you're done make it equal mount, layer. let it sit for a while.

    That's just diskettes. CDs are optical. You need to somehow damage the surface so the ridges and pits are not, well, ridges or pits anymore.

    CDs contain aluminium. Aluminium and microwaves do not go together - try microwaving some kitchen foil!

    just a thought..
    instead of making all those damages, I'd say hide or throw away and act like you have nothing to do or seen the Cd ;)
