It's generally instant. Hover your mouse over the question box and it'll show you if they're running or not.

I keep them running because I am taking my laptop and iPhone. Essentially anywhere except the plane, I can access my sites and make corrections if needed.

I also have a person who keeps watch over the servers.

    congrats man!

got a question, do you use landing pages? I tried to run a few campaigns on Google once and they killed them because they said I was an aff and also raised my min bid to $5!!!

Great motivation! But hey, watch out for my future post "My first $10,000 a day". (Although I still need $9,990 more a day).

Congratulations Jonathan on your achievement !

I have been reading your blog and you seem a professional webmaster! Having a 40 % Return of Investment is pretty good (if we speak for high XXXX only)

I also read your post at JohnChow and it was pretty impressive

Im new to PPC and perhaps I might need some help on my road so I know whom I will contact (if you are willing to help of course)

Good Luck and Im quite sure that the $10,000 per day thread won't be too far

    Sincerely
    Olgi Zenullari

Why is Google so punitive? It makes no sense to me G would boost your bid rates so high just because there's an affiliate code in the link. It's not like the customer is realizing lesser value from it.

If your only goal is to sell them the product, then yes, they are. Google wants to give preference to sites that contain information for the person searching...Google favors the sites with the most relevant information. If all you do is put up a sales page, you'll have to work a lot harder than somebody with a real content page.

The solution? Add relevant content to your page and hide your affiliate links.
