    they pay min is 1 cent per click

    Obeus should also be within the 1 cent price range. But I guess it won't give you quality traffic :/

    Is this for earning from or purchasing advertising. Personally if I was giving advertising at 1 cents per click I would monitor my traffic carefully to see if it is quality or not as some traffic may look good when it's cheap, but if the quality is not up to scratch then I would prefer to pay 5 cents per click with Adwords.
