You mean arbitrage? People have made a lot of money from this, but if you don't know what you're doing it's also very easy to lose a lot of money. In essence, you really need to know how to make adsense work for you, and how to get a high ctr to make more money than you spend. Also google doesn't really like it and can make it difficult for you, by making you pay high bids for your keywords etc.
