Please use this link to send a ticket.https://iwhic.com/whmcs/submitticket.php We will then reply back with your account user name and password for your client area. Thank you Jason
Hi, this is Aimee this is what your ticket stated.. "I'm not interested anymore in your hosting. Please send me my money back" You have requested to cancel your account, and asked for a refund.. You have never paid us, and we have never received any money from host parlor (not sure why you would think that we have) So there for we do not owe you any money. Our server techs are trying to restore data that was corrupted. 95% of the accounts are back on line, I do apologize that we still can not restore some of these accounts.. This is what is happening. All the clients that got moved here from host parlor and any newer account that was added after around December 12th were on a different partition on the home drive and that is the drive that we are having problems with. We have not deleted your account, as you can see your client area is still up, Please address any issues you have there, and if you want to stop the cancellation that you requested please let us know. This is why we have stated time and time again that you need to keep a local copy of your back up. Hard ware issues do happen.. Thank you Aimee P.s. I want to thank those of you that were praying for our daughter, she is doing better and is now home. I also want to thank those of you that have offered to help speed this up.
No money from hostpalor? You're taking a lot of hosting accounts from them for almost a full year without any money? Most of the people will run away after that year. Please get my hosting back online asap. PS: This wont be the last downtime because you're OVERSELLING!
I suggest you all take it out on Eddie Keyton/HostParlor. He's back. His new site is here: http://idea-hosting.com/ It even uses the HP layout...
LMAO!!! Again? - Prilep Just checked whois: Idea-Host Carl Keyton Jr < Im guessing its a relative 516 south Main delphos ohio 45833 US
Well owning the domain hostparlor.com does not mean you own the right to a name. It would come down to actually being a registered business in the country in which the other person is also trying to use the name. If this was the case then yeah there could be issues. But hostparlor I highly doubt was a registered business, but instead just some kids hobby just like all the other hosts who come and go here.
Nope, It's just Eddie using a fake name... And look at this chatlog he had with one of my staff last night regarding a VPS he had with us 2 months ago: After that, He tried to take down my server by submitting 466 support tickets... Didn't work though Also, He is back at DP. His profile is here.
Heh. Now I don't trust HostParlor either.. Looks like he's some kid too... he's probably got 500 names for himself out there.
hostparlor heh? i signed up an account for my friend's son to have a starter webpage with HP. 3 days later, shut off the account and no refund whatsoever.
