Are jokes and images passed over the internet through mails copyrighted?? IS there any way we could differentiate a copyrighted image from a normal one? Please answer.
How could all the images be copyrighted? Could we not have them in our blogs and sites as seem interesting?
all images are copyrighted because the laws of most modern countries have made it that way. you need to make the effort to look up copyright laws in google, so that you'll understand how it works.
Okie fine, what about the jokes?? How about them? Is there a chance for them to be copyrighted too? And yeah could you suggest any sites with huge volume of images which could be shared by giving a backlink from the image to the site?
jokes were written by somebody, but figuring out the copyright could be very difficult. search this website for links to stock photo sites, see if that helps.
Who knows these days everything is copyrighted. even their a$$. Anyway found free source for images in this link. Thanks a lot for the advice danimal!!!
Are you sure no one is going to sue my ass if i use these?? Is it ok if i use it in my site with adsense?
So, you are looking to put ads up on a site that has duplicate content... Search (using google) a line from the jokes and see just how many pages are out there that have the exact same joke. Also, your earnings will be crap, as most of the joke pages I'd imagine are smart priced... that is, if anyone is even going to bother clicking an ad. People go to joke pages to see jokes, not because they are in need of any goods or services. How about making a site on a subject you have an actual interest in? You could then put together some unique content on that subject, and make it to the top of the SERP for something that's actually worthy of getting a top spot for... Even if it's jokes. Write a few of your own. Write a few articles on what makes a good joke funny. Just don't make a site all of us have already seen before, or host jokes that all of our AOL friends have already sent us *mutters something about people on AOL* Results 1 - 10 of about 5,210,000 for "joke of the day" And I'm willing to bet half of them are syndicated from the other half... Q
Yeah even i thought it would be stupid and didn't actually wanted to do such a thing but out of desperation that i wanna make a start wanted to do it. I actually started with some unique and self written content and that seems like not going to make it. Needs traffic. Anyway i did realise such a humor site is useless. But i had other plans like these. Not exactly putting the same shit in my site. Let's see what could be done.
Unfortunately unless its an established site or some how becomes a viral craze, it takes time and patience. Time I have, patience I do not so at times I can understand that its frustrating.
