he can be more innocent. he can respect TOS....he can do many things. I was banned once because i clicked on my own ads, but after discussing with google adsense team they reinstated my account (even there was my fault for that ban). That makes me believe google adsense team understands A LOT, only that sometimes they have NO CHOICE, but to ban the account.
I don't think that google ban innocent people, they only ban people who do some thing wrong, for example, they click on their own ads etc
I dont think, adsense bans innocent people. However, lets face it, google detects invalid clicks through some logic, which can go wrong. I have come across many cases, where adsense accounts have been banned, but a deeper study does reveal some invalid activity at their end too. This is not to say that innocent people dont get banned; there are many cases, where google has reinstated the account. All you need to do is to present the whole case in a very clear manner and hopefully the acocunt would be restored. In this respect, i would suggest following readings: 1. http://www.adklicks.com/article/banned_from_adsense_some_suggestions_and_alternatives-88.html 2. There is a very good thread here at DP by some lady, which is very informative. I dont remember the name, but you can search.
understand one thing very carefully its an Automated system alright so it willl ban the people where guidlines are not being followed They have set of rules which one needs to understand before blaming Google. I have studied their entire set of rules over almost 5 years now still i get confused many a times to actually what's going on ..lol
Adsense bans innocent people sometimes on accident I'm sure of it. Those people almost always get their accounts reinstated after they talk to the almighty G.
yes they do that... if your traffic increases very fast you'll get banned for cheating... it does not matter that you are getting traffic search engines or anywhere else... Google is God, you can't complain
I have read quite a few cases where the banned really wasn't quite justified, take for eg one that claims, another in his family applied for adsense and they were banned. Adsense may not be perfect, there may be a few cases whereby the banned parties are really innocent.
They do not ban for no reason. I have yet to see anyone banned for no reason at all. There are many people claiming to be banned for no reason. However, the more the say, the more they reveal what they were banned for. Google has a massive system in place and many webmasters have tried to pull tricks to get away with scamming the system. No matter how smart you think you are, they will catch you before you get paid. There are rules in place to protect advertisers, just be honest and follow them and you will not have to worry a bit. If you choose not to follow the rules, please do not post the whining threads about being banned. That is not true, they can very easily tell where the traffic is coming from. Google wants more traffic for your site because it increases their money when you are making money. However, buying traffic is against the rules and no matter how hard you try to hide it, they can spot bad traffic. No site goes from 0 to thousands of visitors overnight, those are the ones that are checked closely and if something is done against the terms, they are banned.
i like how Google things. It doesn't matter if you're an innocent person, if you don't follow their rules they ban you. Google is like Mafia lol: You don't respect google, they'll teach you a lesson!
I believe there is always a reason. Maybe the person did not do something on purpose but their is always a reason. If Google just banned people at will for no reason, they would not be the largest ad network on the Internet. They make money when we make money, why would they cut their own throat?
lol it looks like the guy in you avatar is saying that I think if we play by the rules there is no problem, and if they do ban you and you are innocent take action....
You have to read the TOS really carefully. If you don't, then you might do something that violates them, and Google will ban you. Thus you may think that you are innocent when you actually have broken their TOS
