That facility is not made available by Google. Use the contact forms or post in the Adsense groups.

Good question. You probably have to be making Google a lot of money from your websites before an actual person will talk to you one on one

That's not true. I actually chatted with a representative before but forgot what it was for. They do have a chat support system, but not specifically for Adsense.

In a way it is true. If you are a premium publisher, you get assigned a rep for your account.

You need to contact them through the contact forms in Adsense help. If they feel it is something they think is important, they may contact you live. The only time I have heard of live contact is when you are a premium publisher.

If you think about it, this is smart business because can you imagine the silly questions they would get. Just look on here at the many threads asking question that can be easily answered by just reading the TOS.

I was very excited. Judging by the title I thought that you were sharing the news that we could now talk to a live rep.

lol Sorry pal! I didn't mean to mislead. ;)

I know premium publishers get a rep assigned that they can talk to.

I know you can chat with adwords rep. I don't think they will help with adsense though.

I know about the help submit thing. It's crap though.

I just checked out the forum. Are those REAL google employees answering problems?

Let's say that I really, really need to talk to an adsense rep now. Let's say google would love to talk to me too, if they knew why I wanted to talk to them. How would I do it?
    Thanks guys!!

Just send them an e-mail with what you just said and hopefully they will reply as soon as possible. Ask them for phone or if you can call them if it's so "good news".

I agree with Nsane. Regardless of how bad you need to contact them, you must wait in line like the rest of us.

    You need millions in traffic!

You asked and it was answered. You can write as big as you want, it does not change the facts. The only way is to submit a form and if it is really as important and beneficial to Google as you say, they will contact you.

The forum is mostly just other publishers who are asking questions and others who have been around a while.

Ok and then what? Do the Adsense team contact you or how does the process work?

Also is there any criteria more specific than "You need millions in traffic"?

One way to do this would be to go to a conference like PubCon or SES where Google engineers hang out.

Let's say that they need me just as badly (pretend with me OK? lol).

If I am a premium publisher, I get my own rep. Right?

How do I become a premium publisher? How much volume do I need to be doing to be a premium publisher? Is this the only way to talk to a live rep?

Any premium publishers or google reps lurking that want to chime in?

    :)

Hey Allout: I wasn't writing big letters to scream or anything. I just wanted to draw attention to that one line (which it must have done). I appreciate all the help. I really do. If I am having a hard time with accepting your answer, please understand that I am just trying to squeeze out all the lemonade that I can. OK bro?

    :O)

You need at least 5 million unique vistors or 20 million impressions a month.

I don't know if the adsense team contacts you, but you can contact adsense to become a premium publisher if you have such traffic. There used to be a url to apply to upgrade to a premium publisher, but I guess you now have to email adsense.
